The children are the asset of a nation and it should not be considered a liablity for a nation. The childreen as inharent right of care and protection besides other basis Human Right like right to life, liberty, equality, nondiscrimination, health and education etc. some time some offence is commitive by a juvenile / child who has been termed as child in conflict with Law. While granting bail to C.C.L, the Juvenile Justice Board and Children Board deny the bail assuming that grant of bail will defeat the ends of justice despite the basic Principle of Law that bail is a right and jail is an exception. This paper will discuss the ground on which a bail to C.C.L can be denied.
